Interact’s Employment and Training Services Department is committed to achieving economic and social inclusion for unemployed people through the provision of employment and training services. The Department also provides comprehensive and competitive training and recruitment services to employers experiencing labour and skill shortages.

With more than 18 years experience in the industry our success is demonstrated by the hundreds of job seekers that we assist into work and education each year. Through the knowledge and expertise of our experienced staff we offer a professional service that assists all job seekers, including those with a disability to find and maintain employment, and assists employers to achieve their employment outcomes.

The Department incorporates Australian Integrated Employment & Training Services, a Job Services Australia (JSA) and Disability Employment Services (DES) provider. Under the DES program we assist people who have a disability, injury, learning difficulty or medical conditions into employment opportunities.
