Disability Services (VIC)
Bright Futures for Young Adults Program
Interact Learning Services (ILS) provides Bright Futures for Young Adults, an exciting new program for people with disabilities leaving school. The program is designed to provide information, advice and support for up to three years to young people aged 18-21 years and is funded by the Department of Human Services.
The Bright Futures Approach
The aim of Bright Futures is to support young people as they make the transition from school to adult life. The program assists participants, their families and carers to plan ahead, set goals and make informed decisions about the range of post-school options they would like to explore and and establish pathways to achieve their goals.
Bright Futures embraces a self directed approach and supports young people to realise their full potential.
