First Aid Training

HLTCPR201A Perform CPR

This course provides the skills to recognise and then respond to a person who is unconscious and is not breathing. Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is a life saving technique which can sustain life until an ambulance arrives.

HLTFA201A Provide Basic Emergency Life Support (Previously know as Level 1)

This course will provide you with the skills to manage emergency first aid situations including unconscious persons, performing CPR, controlling bleeding and managing other life threatening situations. It is suitable for both people in workplaces and members of the public.

HLTFA301B Apply First Aid (Previously known as Level 2 or Senior First Aid)

This course covers a broad range of topics to enable participants to confidently manage emergency situations until medical aid arrives. It is suitable to both people in workplaces and members of the public.

HLTFA301B Refresher Apply First Aid (Prerequisite: Apply First Aid within last 3 years)

This course revises and updates the knowledge and skills previously gained in Apply First Aid.
