Employing an Apprentice is an investment in the future of your business. Integrated can arrange an apprenticeship or traineeship for your business. We find and select suitable apprentices and trainees, coordinate the paperwork and provide support as required. We can also arrange financial incentives which may be available to eligible employers who employ an Australian Apprentice.

Interact currently provides the Australian Apprenticeships Access Program (Access Program), a free pre-employment training offered to eligible participants. Working with Integrated allows you to employ participants who have completed accredited training and are ready for work today.

We also deliver the Victoriaworks for Young People (VYP) Program, a State Government initiative offering young people (aged 15-24 years) traineeships within a Government Department. Training is a combination of on and off-the-job training for one year tailored for the specific Government Department and industry. We also coordinate the training and provide ongoing mentoring support for our trainees.

Receive UP TO $7,350 for employing an Apprentice*

Employ an Australian Apprentice in a traditional trade and you could be eligible for an additional $3,350! This is on top of the $4,000 in standard incentives available! The Apprentice Kickstart Bonus is an employer incentive designed to counteract the impact of the global financial crisis on commencements and retention of young people in traditional trade Australian Apprenticeships. The Apprentice Kickstart Bonus has been extended and is now available for commencements between 12 May 2010 and 12 November 2010(inclusive).
